I thought I was learning to design buildings. I was really learning to design for people.

I'm Vindhya, a design strategist, facilitator and lifelong learner who believes that good design starts with asking a better question: Are we designing the right things?

Over the last 10+ years, I've moved between architecture, education, research, service design and innovation — working with students, communities, organisations and leadership teams to make sense of complex challenges and turn possibilities into action.

Today, I work with people and organisations who are trying to move something forward, helping them see problems differently, bring people into the process, and create solutions that are meaningful, practical and human.
